Refer to the exact size chart on this page to ensure you are getting the best fit and most benefit from graduated compression. If you can use a tape measure, you can size yourself and save the expense of stores that will use a tape measure and charge you many times more for the product.
The higher the compression, the more important correct sizing. If you're new to graduated compression, we recommend that you start in a medium/moderate range. This is more forgiving than therapeutic or maximum support. Once you're happy with your fit, then increase the level of compression to achieve the most benefit of graduated compression.
If you are on the border of sizes, try the larger size.
A feminine figure is rounder on the thighs and hips, with sizing starting at 110 pounds, this does not mean heavy, but round. If you have heavier legs and thighs, even at an average weight, this option may fit you better.
For knee high options, if you are of an average leg size, then a shoe size is all that is needed. However, we always recommend using the exact size chart to ensure the best possible fit.
Thigh Highs need to consider both your calf circumference and gluteal line circumference to ensure proper fit. The "magic" inner bands provide the stay up power.
Stockings require either a garter belt or panty girdle.
